Crest Coaching & Consulting

Crest Coaching & Consulting (“CREST”) was established by Lynelle Smith from a desire to help individuals and organizations accomplish their full potential. Your association with CREST will benefit you because we can assist you to strengthen every link in your organization to ultimately ensure a strong operational chain.

All coaches involved with CREST have been trained and continue to train following a recognised International Coaching Federation (“ICF”) credential pathway to strengthen their coaching capabilities.

Results Coaching Systems

Results Coaching Systems (“RCS”) is an Australian based international coaching academy, which have trained over a thousand highly proficient coaches throughout Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, the USA, Canada and Europe since 1998. RCS is an accredited coach training academy with the ICF. All training courses offered by the RCS are recognized by the ICF for eventual international ACC, PCC and MCC accreditation. Every coach engaged by CREST therefore work under a credible global brand.

RCS offers an ongoing global support network by means of resources, mentoring and continued training to allow coaches to fervently focus on the art of coaching with the continued aim of becoming the most sought-after coaches in the world. All Results Coaches therefore have an arsenal of fellow coaches to involve in various projects, each with their own individual areas of specialty, field of reference and unique working experiences.
